They are currently working on their third studio release and continue to tour and play festivals year-round including Austin City Limits, SXSW and Lollapalooza to name a few.<\/p>\n<p>Before Little Hurricane, Tone worked as a studio engineer and live recording engineer at Carlsbad\u2019s Le Mobile studio; he has recorded acts such as Gwen Stefani, the Red Hot Chili Peppers, and Metallica. [<a href=\"http:\/\/www.artistdirect.com\/artist\/credits\/anthony-catalano\/3071539\">http:\/\/www.artistdirect.com\/artist\/credits\/anthony-catalano\/3071539<\/a>] Suffice it to say, Tone knows quality sound, and demands it from the gear he uses.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI really like the TouchMix,\u201d says Tone.\u00a0 \u201cIt\u2019s light enough that we can take it on fly dates, it sounds great, and it\u2019s easy to use. The effects\u00a0<em>(EQ, compressor, reverbs and delays)<\/em>\u00a0sound really good onstage.\u00a0 It\u2019s important for us to have a great sounding and consistent in-ear monitor mix wherever we play. This allows us to perform our best, and reduce our set up and check time. Our sound engineer can make adjustments from front of house with an iPad.
