Ich bin zu einem entscheidenden Zeitpunkt in die Branche eingestiegen \u2013 netzwerkbasierte Systeme und Cloud-Integration sind jetzt nicht mehr nur ein Ziel f\u00fcr die Zukunft, sondern eine Notwendigkeit f\u00fcr die Gegenwart.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>W\u00e4hrend viele Menschen im vergangenen Jahr vor allem die Vorteile von Remote-Arbeit kennenlernen konnten, habe ich in verschiedenen Bereichen positive Erfahrungen gemacht.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ob als Endanwender, IT-Profi oder Systemintegrator \u2013 die folgende Situation kommt Ihnen sicherlich bekannt vor:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Es ist Dienstagnachmittag, 16 Uhr. Kurz vor Arbeitsschluss bekommen Sie pl\u00f6tzlich einen Kundenanruf.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-pullquote\"><blockquote><p>\u201eMorgen fr\u00fch findet unsere halbj\u00e4hrliche Vorstandssitzung statt. Wir haben gerade eben einige Testanrufe gemacht, und im Raum kommt kein Ton an. Hilfe!\u201c<\/p><\/blockquote><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Fr\u00fcher w\u00e4re ich folgenderma\u00dfen vorgegangen:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" type=\"1\"><li>Die Fehlersuche per Telefon beginnen.<\/li><li>Mit einem Kundendienst-Disponenten sprechen und nachfragen, ob jemand in der Gegend ist und vorbeischauen kann.<\/li><li>Falls niemand verf\u00fcgbar ist, fahre ich selbst zum Kundenstandort.<\/li><li>Ich schaue mir das AV-Rack an und sehe, dass der Fehler bei der Endstufe liegt. Ich frage nach, ob es in letzter Zeit Probleme mit dem Stromnetz gab, und der Kunde gibt an, dass es einige Male zu Spannungsabf\u00e4llen gekommen sei.<\/li><li>Ich starte die Endstufe neu, und nun funktioniert alles.<\/li><li>Ich f\u00fchre noch einige Tests durch, um sicherzustellen, dass der Kunde die Sitzung ohne Probleme abhalten kann.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Die ganze Prozedur dauert 1,5 Stunden und verursacht beim Kunden unn\u00f6tigen Stress und Ausfallzeiten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mit Q-SYS Reflect Enterprise Manager sieht das so aus:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" type=\"1\"><li>Ich \u00f6ffne die Q-SYS Designer-Datei des Kunden von meinem Standort aus und sehe die von der Drittanbieter-Endstufe ausgesandte Fehlermeldung.<\/li><li>Ich sende einen Neustart-Befehl an die Endstufe.<\/li><li>Ich f\u00fchre noch einige Tests durch, um sicherzustellen, dass der Kunde die Sitzung ohne Probleme abhalten kann. Die Audiowiedergabe im Raum funktioniert jetzt einwandfrei.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Der Q-SYS Reflect Enterprise Manager setzt neue Ma\u00dfst\u00e4be: Er sorgt daf\u00fcr, dass Kunden bei technischen Schwierigkeiten auch ohne vor Ort anwesendes Personal z\u00fcgig geholfen werden kann.
