Rise AV, an extension of the award-winning Rise Women in Broadcast initiative, is tackling key challenges in the AV industry: a growing skills shortage and a lack of equal opportunities for women. Through programs like the Mentoring Programme and the Elevate Leadership Accelerator, Rise AV empowers women and underrepresented talent to break barriers and build leadership pipelines for the future.
