Take the Reimagined Booth Tour

We’re redefining what’s possible for the modern work environment. In our new tour, you’ll see how real-time data insights are collected and deployed across every space, creating completely customized experiences that only a Full Stack AV Platform can provide. Every room, every moment, and every interaction is brought to life through a seamless blend of Q‑SYS innovation and our Partner Ecosystem.

Here’s what’s happens on the tour:

  • It begins in The Lobby, where you can play a fully automated gameshow, controlled by Q-SYS! All the video broadcast switching, audio mixing, gaming mechanics, and signage are automated by the Q-SYS Control engine. BrightSign powers several interactive displays and signage loops, and we’ll be using Spaceti Smart Sensors to collect data insights, which come into play later on. Audio-Technica microphones capture your input while IKAN PoE lights brighten the room in the lobby and throughout other rooms of the tour.
  • Then, you’ll step into The All Hands/Classroom Space and experience a new VisionSuite demo that showcases complete vision-based room automation for all-hands and lecture spaces, featuring newly launched NC Series NC-Pro15x working alongside the Shure MXA920 ceiling microphone.
  • Next, we’ll lead you into an active Network Operation Center to explore how Q-SYS provides full remote system management through new Q-SYS Reflect features, including Space Manager and System Reliability. Here, we’re leveraging live helpdesk requests through ServiceNow and automating power in the room with Gude.
  • The tour closes out in the Spaces In-Between Room, where you will experience AI-generated soundscapes, automated broadcast areas, transformable multipurpose rooms, and an unforgettable grand finale. This room is filled with partner-driven experiences including audio capture by Sennheiser microphones, live interaction with Nexmosphere sensors and trigger controls made seamless by Densitron und SKAARHOJ.

The whole tour takes about 20 minutes and can be booked in advance hier.
