Q-SYS at ISE 2025: Connecting Spaces and Experience

ISE 2025 is just around the corner! In just a few short weeks the AV industry will gather in Barcelona at Fira Barcelona Gran Via for a week filled with innovation, connection, and insight. Q-SYS is excited to display the future of audio, video and control with a reimagined technology tour, a new immersive audio demo, and so much more. 

Experience what’s possible when you bring together integrated audio, video, and control powered by real-time data and enhanced by a growing ecosystem of partners. We aim to deliver the ultimate end-user experience across every space – from high-impact spaces to the spaces “in-between” in any building or campus.

Q-SYS Stand (2P400) 

We’ve reinvented our incredible stand tour to not only feature Q-SYS high-impact solutions, but equally important, how a singular platform can shape and customize real-time experiences based on smart insights passing back and forth between rooms.   

  • We start in The Lobby, where Q-SYS is driving a custom check-in experience paired with API integrations with ElevenLabs (for integrated AI driven message assembly) and campus wide paging (featuring our new PG-TSCG3 Touchscreen Paging Station).  We’ll also demonstrate how your AV system can use sentiment gathering to shape moods and mindsets of your guests in real-time. 
  • Next up is The All Hands/Classroom Space, where we’ll show off vision-based room automation with Q-SYS VisionSuite (including multicamera presenter tracking, participant switching, and innovative control methods) which is certified for Microsoft Teams. 
  • Then, check out The Network Operation Center which shows our cloud-first approach to our AV infrastructure with Q-SYS Reflect, and how we are driving insights into real-time decisions for proactive system support, including remote helpdesk and custom data dashboards that span the entire stand.  
  • Finally, the “Spaces In-Between” shows off the full connective might of Q-SYS with a demonstration on adaptive BGM, lighting and interactive signage (featuring SpinetiX media players and LG displays). Get a first-hand look at Q-SYS driving corporate production and podcast studios (showcasing automated camera switching and integration with PoE studio lighting from Ikan). This room’s finale features an incredible, out-of-the-box use for vision-based control that leads to…well, we’re going to keep that one a surprise!

Beyond the tour, we have areas where you can learn to configure Q-SYS VisionSuite, or dive deeper into collaboration products, Q-SYS Control, and Q-SYS partners.  

Lastly, we’ll feature an over-the-top Escape Room in the stand, “Q-SYS Labs”. We’ll exercise our control engine to its fullest (and wackiest) potential. Designed to showcase the Q-SYS Control engine while paying homage to the joy that you’ve come to expect from Q-SYS.

  • Wolfvision (Stand 3N500): See the Wolfvison Cynap plugin enabling Q-SYS Control over the Cynap’s window navigation, power, audio, and streaming and recording. 
  • Epiphan (Stand 4R860): Learn about the Q-SYS plugin for Epiphan Pearl which offers university faculty an intuitive interface to efficiently manage and monitor Content Management System events that are running on an Epiphan Pearl, including Panopto, Kaltura, and Opencast.  
  • Genelec (Stand 2G400): Discover the full range of Genelec Smart IP active PoE loudspeakers through a special immersive audio experience supported by Q-SYS Control.
